When a vendor is overloaded, capped, repriced, or simply worse this month, Attesta moves the task to another agent — same brief, same rules, same facts, same record of the work so far. The vendor changes; the task doesn’t start over.
When a window fills or a weekly cap nears, the work moves — you don’t.

Your rules, commands and reusable skills are plain files in your repo. Attesta compiles them into each supported agent’s native format, so every agent follows the same source without pretending every CLI has the same capabilities. Your hand-written agent files are never touched.

Product records and Design Systems are native parts of Attesta.
They are versioned, approved and tied directly to the work — not left in documents an agent may ignore. Attesta serves each one where it applies, holds conflicts for a person and checks the build against what was approved.
Every session starts with only what matters.
Commands and skills are only one input. For each step, Attesta composes a fresh session from the relevant brief, product decisions, design rules, project memory and work completed so far. Unrelated history stays out, reducing context pollution and keeping the agent focused.
Agents stay in their own CLIs, on the plans you already pay for. Attesta does not broker model access.

CI enforcement · coming soon
A rule that cannot block the merge is just a suggestion.
Attesta will validate every pull request in CI against the project’s protected Line. Required checks, independent review and named approvals must match the exact commit — or the merge stays blocked.
The change cannot weaken the policy that judges it. CI reads the protected revision.
Broader participation · one standard
Whoever starts the work, the standard decides what ships.
A product manager describes the change; agents do the technical work; the same checks, review and approvals apply as for any engineer’s change. Contributors decide in their own medium — the request, the mockups, a running preview of every change — never a diff.
